Magnificent Lake View
During our recent stay at a hotel in Lugano, we were fortunate to have a room with a amazing view of the lake. The sight of the tranquil waters and majestic mountains was nice. The spacious and clean room with air conditioning and a small fridge provided us with utmost comfort. The staff at the hotel were friendly and cute, making our experience even better. We will definitely book this hotel again in the future. I highly recommend this hotel for its unparalleled lake view and excellent service.

I was offered a room with excellent views of Lugano lake. Location: the hotel was near the center next to the all shops and across the road from the lake and the down town centre.

Great location near shopping, good value for price, friendly staff, clean rooms. Lake view from some rooms, unique building structure. Convenient city location. Helpful breakfast staff.

This hotel is a hidden gem! It's located right in the heart of the city center, on the main shopping street. The rooms are clean and comfortable, with the added bonus of a small balcony to enjoy the super great views. The staff is friendly and helpful, making sure all your needs are met. And although the breakfast could use some variety, it's included in the price, which is excellent value for money.
All was more than fine, nothing to complain about!

Spacious room with 3 beds, sofa, and armchair. Strategic lakefront location near train station. Friendly and informative staff, received complimentary room upgrade. Enjoyed the air-conditioned room and big terrace with lake view. Cozy dining hall with sufficient breakfast options.
